Police: Two Men Arrested for Robbing Parking Meters
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
WEST CHETSER—Stats: From May 7-13 the West Chester Police Department made 25 arrests. Those arrests break down by the following offense:

Theft: On May 13, at approximately 3:53 a.m., police responded to a citizen’s report of suspects allegedly removing money from parking meters. As a result of an investigation, police arrested 21-year-old West Chester resident Francisco Feliciano and 25-year-old West Chester resident Jaime Sosa Ramos for alleged theft of monies from West Chester Parking Meters.
Drug Possession: On May 11, at approximately 7:49 p.m., police arrested 19-year-old Coatesville resident Anna Obendoffer for alleged possession of marijuana and traffic offenses.
Drug Possession: On April 14, at approximately 10:43 p.m., police located a vehicle parked at Stroud Reserve after dark. An investigation revealed that one of the occupants, Danny Belts, 18, of Thorndale, was allegedly in possession of marijuana.
DUI: On May 10, at approximately 12:11 a.m., police arrested 18-year-old Dominic Dengas for an alleged DUI. Dengas was allegedly observed driving the wrong way on Market Street and pulled over.
