Police: Man Arrested Three Times in Three Weeks

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

 

Drug Possession: On Oct. 7, West Chester Police were dispatched to the 100 block of North Walnut Street for an unconscious subject.  Upon arrival, officers located Steven Lonergan, 22, Drexel Hill, unconscious.  Investigation revealed that Lonergan was allegedly drunk, and he was subsequently arrested.  According to police after being arrested, Lonergan was searched and allegedly found to be in possession of a controlled substance.

Theft: On Aug. 7, at approximately 8:13 p.m., and Aug. 10, at approximately 4:25 p.m., police received reports of thefts from vehicles at Shaw’s Bridge Park in East Bradford.  Items were taken from both vehicles and credit cards were used in Delaware.  As a result of a two-week investigation, police arrested 18-year-old Philadelphia resident Naseer Moultrie, 18-year-old West Chester resident Lisa Lopez and a 17-year-old Philadelphia resident.

Drug Possession: On Aug. 17, at approximately 12:10 a.m., the West Chester police came in contact with 20-year-old West Chester resident Austin Flanagan.  Flanagan was taken into custody for alleged possession of a controlled substance, which included prescription medication.  Flanagan is also awaiting preliminary hearing charges for an alleged DUI on July 30 and a marijuana possession charge on August 7.

Waiting for this a**hold to be convicted allows him to inflict more damage to innocent victims. Who's protecting their rights?
