Police: Man Allegedly Punches Woman in the Ear

All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.

Possession with Intent: made contact with two subjects sitting in a parked vehicle in the 200 block of South Worthington Street on Feb. 14.  Investigation revealed that Warren Jordan III, 18, King of Prussia, was allegedly in possession of cocaine and marijuana with the intent to distribute.  According to police, Jordan was also allegedly in possession of a .38 caliber Smith and Wesson handgun that had been stolen from Philadelphia.

Assault: On Feb. 14, at 12:37 a.m., police responded to the 50 block of East Barnard Street for a report of a female calling for help.  Upon arrival, officers located a male and a female in the 200 block of South Walnut Street involved in a verbal altercation.  Investigation revealed that David Amodei, 20, Hatboro, had allegedly struck a female in the left ear with a fist.  Amodei was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment.

DUI: On Feb. 13, at 2:25 a.m., police arrested 23-year-old Nicholas Swaim for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.  Swaim was allegedly operating a 2006 Lincoln Navigator when officers observed a traffic violation.  Police stopped Swaim in the 50 block of South High Street and conducted field sobriety tests.

DUI: Police arrested 23-year-old Glen Mills resident Jarrod Williams for an alleged DUI on Feb. 11 in the 400 block of West Miner Street.
