Police blotter: Bar Fight Leads to Possession Arrest
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
Possession: On Feb. 3, West Chester police arrested 23-year-old Souderton resident Nicholas Depaul in the 50 block of East Nields Street after he was allegedly observed by police carrying an open container of beer at approximately 2:23 a.m. It was determined that Depaul was also in possession of marijuana.
DUI: On Jan. 29, police discovered a one vehicle crash in the 50 block of South Walnut Street at approximately 2:34 a.m. Police arrested the operator of the vehicle, Michael Osini, 26, Downingtown, after he alleged failed a series of field coordination exercises.
Drug Paraphernalia: On Jan. 26, at approximately 1:32 p.m. police stopped 35-year-old Nottingham resident Dean Bivens in the 200 block of West Gay Street for alleged vehicle code violations. Police found Bivens to allegedly be in possession of drug paraphernalia, and they arrested him without incident.
Drugs: On Jan. 28, at approximately 9:28 p.m. police were dispatched to Landmark Americana for a report of a fight. Upon arrival several individuals were observed engaged in a physical altercation in the 50 block of North Darlington Street. Officers took several individuals into custody at that time. One of the males, Timothy Wolfe, 29, Stevens, was found to be in possession of a “green vegetable matter” suspected to be marijuana.
