Man Steals Basket Full of Groceries
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
Theft: On Nov. 30, at approximately 3:13 p.m., West Chester police responded to the Giant supermarket located at 698 Downingtown Pike for a report of a retail theft. Upon arrival, the Customers Operations Manager reported that a customer walked out of the east door carrying a shopping basket full of food with without paying. Police are asking for assistance in identifying the man in the picture above.
