DUI: On Jan. 19, at approximately 1:40 a.m., West Chester police observed a mini-van weaving across the double yellow centerline in the 500 block of South High Street.  The vehicle crossed the centerline at one point, forcing an oncoming vehicle to adjust their path to avoid striking the mini-van.  A traffic stop was conducted in the 800 block of South High Street where a 32-year-old Wilmington, Ohio, refused to submit to a field sobriety test.

DUI: On Jan. 20, at approximately 1:05 a.m., a West Chester resident was stopped and arrested for DUI and related offenses after failing field sobriety tests.
