DUI: On June 13, at approximately 2:45 a.m., West Chester police arrested 26-year-old West Chester resident Jessica Lane for an alleged DUI after police observed Lane allegedly drive the wrong way on a one-way street. 

Public Drunkenness: on July 9, at approximately 1:36 a.m., West Chester police responded to a report of a disturbance in the Bicentennial Garage located at 20 South High Street.  As a result of the ensuing investigation, police arrested 32-year-old Coatesville resident Laurence Peirce for public drunkenness and possession of marijuana.
