Kirsten Higlen, 32, was struck and killed in West Goshen Township on Jan. 21.
The 54-year-old Downingtown woman who police say struck and killed a bicyclist on Boot Road in West Goshen Township last month was charged with homicide by vehicle on Tuesday, the Daily Local News is reporting.
According to the paper, Susan McClain faces charges of homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle, and related charges. It appears McClain’s homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence charge is related to her use of prescription medication for depression.
