8 Cited for Public Drunkenness, West Chester Police Report

In the week ending March 3, West Chester Police made 20 arrests of people aged 18 to 25.

 

The West Chester Police Department says they made 20 arrests of individuals aged 18 to 25 from Feb. 25 to March 3, according to Chief Scott Bohn. The arrests are reported as part of the borough's ongoing "Operation Vigilance" program.  

Police said the arrests break down by the following offenses:

  • Underage Drinking: 3                     
  • Public Drunkenness: 8
  • Open Container: 3
  • Public Indecency: 1
  • DUI: 2
  • Disorderly Conduct: 6
  • Assault: 1
  • Littering: 1
  • Criminal Mischief: 1
  • Noise: 3
  • Tresspass: 1
