59 Arrests Made in a Week
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
DUI: On Oct. 8, West Chester Police responded to the area of Creek Road for the report of an accident at approximately 3:11 a.m. Upon arrival, police discovered an overturned vehicle located on the side of a roadway. The driver, Jonathan Hineman, had minor injuries at the scene. Hineman allegedly failed field sobriety tests administered at the scene and was transported to the Chester County Hospital for chemical testing that he refused.
Domestic Assault: On Oct. 2, officers responded to Bradford Plaza for a report of a domestic disturbance in the parking lot. On location, officers located the couple, and after an investigation arrested a 36-year-old male for domestic assault.
DUI: On Sept. 30, at approximately 3:52 a.m. police observed 24-year-old Malvern resident Kelli Boike allegedly driving the wrong direction in the 50 Block of West Miner Street. Police later arrested Boike for an alleged DUI.
Stats: From Sept. 24-30 West Chester police made 59 arrests of individuals between 18-25. Those arrests breakdown by the following offenses:
